Bridal Smile Package Competition — Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion

Floss Dental Hygiene & Teeth Whitening ("Floss", "we", "us" or "our") is conducting a trade promotion lottery to promote its Bridal Smile services.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

By entering the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is open to people who attend the relevant wedding expo on Sunday 18th October 2026.

Entrants must be planning to get married within 18 months of the date of entry.

Employees of Floss Dental Hygiene & Teeth Whitening and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must:

  1. Attend the wedding expo on Sunday 18th October 2026;

  2. Participate in the Floss prize wheel activity; and

  3. Complete the online entry form with their required details before the competition closes.

The competition closes at 5:00pm on Sunday 18th October 2026.

Incomplete or illegible entries may be deemed invalid.

4. The Prize

One entrant will be randomly selected to receive one Floss Bridal Smile Package, valued at $1,195.

The Bridal Smile Package includes:

  • Bridal Smile consultation and planning

  • Professional dental hygiene visit

  • Professional teeth whitening treatment

  • Pre-wedding polish and refresh whitening appointment

  • Home care kit

  • Wedding Smile Checklist

The prize is redeemable only at Floss Dental Hygiene & Teeth Whitening, Frankston, Victoria.

The prize must be used within 18 months of the date of the competition.

The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be redeemed for any alternative service or product.

The prize cannot be combined with any other offer unless agreed by Floss in writing.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the competition closes.

The draw will be conducted by Floss Dental Hygiene & Teeth Whitening.

The winner does not need to be present at the time of the draw.

Draw date: Monday 19th October 2026
Draw time: 10am EST
Draw location: Floss Dental Hygiene & Teeth Whitening clinic, Frankston VIC

6. Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period, or is found to be ineligible, Floss may conduct a second random draw to select a replacement winner, provided reasonable attempts have been made to contact the original winner.

The replacement winner will be subject to the same eligibility requirements.

7. Winner Publication

As the prize has a value greater than $1,000, the winner's name will be published online for a minimum period of 28 days in accordance with applicable Victorian trade promotion requirements.

8. Prize Conditions

The winner is responsible for making appointments with Floss and ensuring that the Bridal Smile Package has commenced within the applicable 18-month redemption period.

If the winner is unable to use the prize within the 18-month period, the prize will expire and will not be exchanged for cash, credit or another prize.

The winner must meet the clinical suitability requirements for each treatment included in the Bridal Smile Package. Floss reserves the right to determine clinical suitability for treatment.

If a particular treatment is clinically unsuitable for the winner, Floss may discuss an appropriate alternative with the winner, subject to applicable clinical requirements.

9. Personal Information

Personal information collected as part of the promotion will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner and provide the prize.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that their information may be used for the purposes described in these Terms & Conditions.

Entrants who separately opt in to receive marketing communications from Floss may receive emails about oral health, wedding smile preparation, Floss services, promotions and other relevant information.

Marketing subscribers can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Floss Privacy Policy.

10. General

Floss reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Floss will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or unable to be received for any reason outside its reasonable control.

Floss reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
