Hi, I’m Stacey, the founder of Floss!

In 2009 I started a dental assisting traineeship and I truly had no idea where that job would take me. At the time I worked with some inspiring dental hygienists and very quickly knew I wanted to be one too. So I did everything I could to get into dental hygiene school and in 2015 I graduated from RMIT with an Advanced Diploma in Oral Health (Dental Hygiene).

The next few years I spent perfecting my skills, falling in love with my patients, and wanting to save the world one case of gingivitis at a time. So in 2020, heavily pregnant with my first child and stuck at home during COVID lockdown the seed to start my own business was planted. I began by setting up a teeth whitening studio in the front room of our house. Between 2020 and 2025 I had a second baby, we moved house 4 times, attempted a caravan trip around Australia (that’s a whole other story), and I continued to do teeth whitening both at home and mobile. But I always knew I wanted to also provide dental hygiene treatments as well.

So in 2025 I decided it was time to go all in and signed the lease for my very own studio in Frankston. We quickly began designing and building my dream studio. I wanted my studio to feel like a moment of self-care, with a touch of luxury and calm. And I want my clients to leave feeling refreshed, brighter, healthier and more confident.

Dental hygiene isn’t just health-care, it’s also self-care and my goal is to make every visit comfortable, educational and stress-free while providing top-quality care and building a trusting relationship with you.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy camping, exercising, reading fantasy novels, and spending time with my husband, our two young kids and my girlfriends. I look forward to seeing you in the studio really soon!
