A $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Some treatments may be eligible for claiming through private health insurance - please check with your provider for details.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

We understand life is busy, so as a courtesy please remember to contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel or rebook your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours notice may mean we cannot fill the space and unfortunately cannot refund your deposit.

No-shows/missed appointments will forfeit their deposit.
